Payment Policy

For the safety of all our customers and to prevent any potential financial loss, Chonburi Automotive Co., Ltd. would like to clearly state our official payment policy as follows:

• All payments must be made through the official channels designated by the Company only.

we kindly ask that customers retain a copy of the payment receipt or transaction record
to serve as proof of payment when contacting the Company.

• The Company has no policy whatsoever allowing any employee or third party
  to receive payments through personal bank accounts. Any transaction made to a personal bank account of an employee or another individual is considered outside the Company’s responsibility and cannot be guaranteed as secure.

• The Company will not be held liable for any damages resulting from payments made to unauthorized accounts or transactions conducted outside the Company’s designated channels.

We strongly advise all customers to verify account details with an authorized representative before making any payment. If you are asked to transfer funds to a non-company account or notice any suspicious behavior, please stop the transaction immediately and report the matter to the Company without delay.
